Our tea that goes through the traditional charcoal roasting process differs from the common tea roasting by electric equipment you would normally get.

 

Burning charcoal generates infrared energy which roasts out tea in a unique way.
Our tea is roasted with gentle fire and for a long time in order for caffeine to evaporate.

At the same times, a deep flavour releases from the tea leaves as it is gentle and lasting being baked, this releases many vibrant layers of aroma from the tea
