• Natural fruit and osmanthus notes that keep coming, with a long, unhurried sweet finish-charcoal roasting makes it mellower still.

• Roasted over longan charcoal, with no more than 6 kg to a basket and the roasting master keeping watch for the full 3 to 10 hours-all for one good basket of tea.

• Charcoal roasting lowers the caffeine, leaving a mellower liquor that is gentler on the system.

• The fragrance left in the bottom of the cup takes on the sweetness of longan charcoal, so it reads clearer, longer and more natural
